Basically I'm having a hard time deciding what issue to address. I read about the moon square and I have the following issues:
-Menstruation issues/pain
-Deformed breasts (very uneven)
-Not manic depressive but anxiety and mood swings so maybe I should do something else for that
-I've had stomach issues in the past but not so much anymore now that I'm not eating a garbage diet
-I feel that I have some subconscious issues to deal with

I also really want to empower my spiritual communication abilities and be able to better communicate with the Gods. I am meditating on my third eye chakra as well as revisiting the 40 day program for guidance. I'm not sure what to start with. Should I work on one of my many issues? Or will this help with communication with the Gods? Any thoughts? I've thought about doing the mercury square instead but I really want to address some of these issues at some point.
Thank you so much for your time

I forgot to add bad relationship/mother. That's another thing I might want to address

I’d fix the menstrual issues first as they imply you are out of cycle with the moon and improving that could bring improvements to the other areas as you have a better relationship with lunar energy.

I also can’t imagine you fixing the other issues with the power of the moon when you don’t even have proper periods, theoretically in order to take care of those other issues you’d need to be balanced enough to have a smooth cycle first. A balanced cycle should be viewed as the first step to mastering the moon.

Thank you so much of your advice! I was on the edge about even asking about this and now I'm happy I did. I never even thought of it that way. The only reason I wanted to fix it was the pain etc and didn't think about how that would relate to energy and other workings. This is what I will start with.
Thank you again

do it,
make sure you purify properly;
a purified aura will emphasize your energetic perception, and the power of any other meditations/spiritual commitment

I advice you to perform the following meditations daily:
Returning Curses 1 and 2

spiritual filth is the main issue to be addressed

On a scale of 1 to 10, how bad is your period pain? Do you exercise? Are you on hormonal birth control? Do you track your period? Overexercising and under-eating + psychological stress can cause menstrual cycle irregularities and amenorrhea.

Period pain isn’t healthy or normal, it means that something is wrong. I think you should read the books Period Repair Manual: Natural Treatment For Better Hormones and Better Periods by Dr. Lara Briden and The Fifth Vital Sign: Master Your Cycles & Optimize Your Fertility by Lisa Hendrickson-Jack.

The Period Repair Manual has a chapter on how to cure period pain. Magnesium is huge for women’s health and the menstrual cycle, you could take a magnesium supplement or apply magnesium lotion to your feet every night at bedtime. This is the magnesium lotion I use, it cured my sleep issues: https://www.buttermeuporganics.com/...ide-magnesium-rub-balm?variant=14188816400493

It varies. Usually the first day is the worst. Some months it's bad enough that I just need to lay in bed most of the day because I'm in pain. Other months it's more tolerable. There have been several occasions when I felt like I was going to pass out. Luckily that hasn't happened in more than a year. I think having a better diet has helped.
I do exercise and I also move around a lot at my job. I was on the pill but then I started having pain during sex and at other times too like when I was just laying there. So I stopped taking it. Also I've read that it's not good to be on it and that it can cause imbalances and I don't want to be on anything if I don't have to.
I don't tend to overexercise but my job can tire me out pretty badly at times. I eat a high protein diet and I usually eat quite a bit at dinner but not much for lunch or breakfast but I haven't been counting calories. I am a very stressed out person lol. I've been meditating a lot more starting about a month and a half ago and it has helped ease my stress quite a bit though it is still there. So I'm hoping it'll get better if I continue.
Thank you for the book recommendations! I will look into these and try some remedies. It would be nice to have an easier time each month. Will a magnesium supplement work? I just started taking one but I'm sure it will take time before seeing the benefits. Thank you for the link to the balm though. Maybe I should try that.
Thank you for your advice and for all of the resources you've provided me! I appreciate it.
