Brainwaves can be divided into 4 parts. The beta level itself is the waking level. The alpha level is lower than this, so it is the trance state. The theta level is lower than the alpha level, this is where the subconscious is, the emotions are fixed. The delta level is the lowest level.

When i was a little kid i awoke in a middle of the night then i look in the window i saw a light figure standing in the next house and i was shock and i continue my sleep.
When i was a little kid again. I pictured an entity on the old phone. Then I showed the image to my parents but they couldn't see the entity in the image I was the only one who could see it because I was so scared I deleted it (like a fat man)
In my junior school. There is an alley at our school when I pass by I have nightmares at night
I was grade 8 i got curious about third eye, lucid, astral and aura i research about of those.(i always have sleep paralysis in that time)
I try to open my third eye when i was grade 10 so i mediate.During those times, sometimes I just woke up feeling out of my body. I know how to go back to the body. Because of the fear of the astral plane because I don't know much about the astral plane so I immediately return to my body so i stop medidating because of fear that might happen again.
In grade 11, I continued to mediate again
Just a few days ago someone showed up to me, a head with a black smile, a shadow just standing there, a shadow with stinging sticks on the body that I can't describe much, crawling entity(humanoid)closer to me.That happened early in the morning when I woke up. So i stop again doing meditation
But I continue my research information
Did you know in my country have a faith healer
They use spell to empower, medallion,to heal other and protect themselves.
Yes i use to believe in that i was a christian in that time. They like have dedication ritual in In that ritual, you still need to put your address there,so I doubt it.I should have done that, but I didn't do it because I was skeptical about it.Faith healers rely solely on their prayers and the guidance of angels.
I stopped studying their prayers and rituals
I search and search in the internet I came across about the cult there I saw the JOS website and I was surprised. It has a website about satanists. I'm curious about its contents and that's.
I did the dedication ritual in the first month of the year
I used to think that satanists and devil are evil but I have come to the conclusion that those who do evil to others are worse
