meaningless and long dreams

For the last 1 or 2 weeks, my dreams have suddenly started to become weird. Almost every day, I started having long, action-movie-like dreams with meaningless details that disturbed me and were bad for me. However, these dreams are long and incomprehensible, they have many things in common, the common point of these dreams is that there is me and my relatives in all of them and they all have no end. While the story continues in its flow, I wake up and the story is left unfinished. Please someone help me on this.
