Try to sense, or at least focus on the properties of the energy. If you don't know what an energy is like, then you can use white-gold, as long as that means "default" to you. However, Mars is easier to distinguish, so you can use red, as you describe. You can also focus on its heat or other fire-like characteristics. Normally, it is the Sun which is white-gold, not Mars.

Hi Blitzkreig, can a planetary square be made without successive affirmations, or would the energy decrease dramatically with no direction to go? In the case of omission of affirmations after it (in this case, in a spiritual Mars square), would it still strengthen a weakened/debilitated Mars in one's astrology chart and helps in the affairs ruled by the houses with the signs of Aries and Scorpio on the cusps and the house containing Mars? Or would this seriously diminish its effects?

Hi. I'm not sure my subconscious fully understands what natal mars means. I mean I understand it, its just the set energies of mars at my birth but I don't know if like my subconscious full does. Like what sort of an affirmation would work well for a simple strengthening of my mars part of my soul. I think I 100% understand something like "My sacral chakra is being strengthened". So I can do that.

I don't know if this is overthinking, but I just want a good affirmation.
Maybe something like "I am gaining Martian properties in my soul in a happy way for me." I guess I could just focus on aggression rage, and

Natal Mars means the state of Mars energies within your soul at birth. This rules your sacral, but also other parts of your soul, like the Pingala Nadi, and so on. It could possibly have some rulership over the base as well, given the base chakra's association with anger, and so on.

I have this problem too sometimes, it's like our logical mind try to make you not understand some concepts. It's probably programmings in our subconscious to prevent us to advance. Void is important here because no matter what you need to banish those thoughts.
