Jupiter Retrograde & Magickal Squares

Greetings everyone!

I saw today that Jupiter is in retrograde, and that this is a good time to do workings for abundance and prosperity.

I’m very new to the magician squares, so I’m not 100% sure how they work.

It says to Start the squares for 16 days straight in either Cancer, Pisces, or Sagittarius

For me this is either September 2nd, or September 9th

What I’m confused about is that it also says to start on a Thursday. September 9th is a Friday, so would I start the day before?

Or can I only start when those signs are on a Thursday? Curious to to clarify what this means.

Also does anyone have any recommendations for any good spells for financial prosperity and the success of a business?

I know the best herbs for this are cinnamon, bay leaves, and juniper berries. So I’m wondering what a good spell using these herbs would be, or if just using them with the Jupiter Squares will be enough.

Also do I do the Jupiter Squares with a mantra?

Jupiter is not in Pisces on those days. You need to look at Jupiter, not the Moon. For the planetary squares, it is the planet that matters, not the Moon sign.

In our SS Calendar (link in my signature) we have the dates listed for planetary squares, and the planetary ingresses so you can see where the planets are.

Jos-astro.com also shows where the planets are at any given time, including the degree so you can see if Jupiter is aspecting any of your personal natal planets.

As well, the planetary squares cannot be performed if your chakras are closed, make sure to open them by then if you have not already.

Yes I realized I was mistaken and confused it for when these signs are in the moon after posting this.

All my chakras are open now, I spent most my time last year working on that.
