I have been doing Munka work for removing negative karma and i clean myself and my aura after every work. However, i feel devastated and exhausted since when i started. Is it normal, what can i do? I feel like i lost my joy.

Feeling exhausted and tired is common with this type of works. Don't worry, as more dross and dirt is removed from your soul, you'll experience less and less collateral effects, just keep cleaning your entire soul.

We are all different individuals, some have little karma to remove (they already worked on it in past lives), some have a lot of karma and they experience very bad periods that cause deep transformations. It's perfectly normal.

Empowering your Solar Chakra is very helpful in countering low energy and tiredness.

I'm going through the same thing too. I've been crying a lot and lost my joy and inner peace. The first time I did munka working for a day, a lot of past life memories popped up strongly. It didnt happen again when I really started on the 8th, but a lot of trauma bubbled up... my throat chakra hurts so much and i'm feeling the centuries of being hunted by the church extremely now and understand why my throat chakra is so blocked now. I'm going to keep going regardless, but this is normal I guess.
