Is court trial affected by Mercury Retrograde? Help needed.

Hello dear brothers and sisters.
This case is important for me and my future.

I know someone who is going to stand for a defensive trial in court, the hearings will take place in a few days. I am 100% certain the accusations are false. I know the prosecutor and defendant, I have lived with them both. And the prosecutor is either mentally ill or a possible mixed gypsy[not sure]. Though I would like the matter to settle without damage or chaos to either parties because it is the best way for now.

There is no evidence, just false accusation because the prosecutor wasn't aware how far things will go. The prosecutor just wanted to scare the Defendant to be dominant and in control.
For privacy, I can't explain everything or what kind of case this is.

I want the defendant to win, and I am sure the defendant will win, as there is literally no evidence for the mentioned accusations. But knowing it's Mercury Retrograde and how it affects contracts/documents as mentioned in the JoS website, I wanted a clarification if it can affect court cases/legal proceedings where obviously certain documents/contracts are signed.

Can I in anyway help the Defendant, spiritually?

I'll though definitely request Lord Eligor for help in this matter, as it revolves around my future well being.

Ok. As for the affirmation, this always has to be present tense. You program the energy to change reality now, not later. Once the energy applies to something, it actively materializes. It is only because of this delay, and our inability to sense it, that we think of it in the future tense.

In reality, the energy immediately starts shifting reality in accordance with your programming.

So yes, you can change it here, but the larger point is making sure that you are visualizing and intending everything in a present-tense scenario, not future tense.

Understood. And you are right, there is an error from my part.

I do give time to create a good affirmation for my workings. But this time, I didn't give much time to the affirmation, just formed it quickly, like in a minute, and oversaw that I made it into future tense.
I will be careful next time.
