I need advice

Hello i will keep it short.

A year and a half ago i was sending energy to 4 of my closest family members and making AOP for them.

That backfired really bad on me, some brothers gave me advice to stop imediatly, and in a few weeks it got better.

But now I am in a situation where I need to send energy and do AOP on my mother.

Can someone please instruct me how to do it safely.

How did it backfire? If you are doing white magic it can't backfire. I mean even if someone's aura sends the energy back to you it's going to be positive. And that's assuming they have an aura that can do that.

I guess their energies got mixed with mine, and I got depression and panic attacks( those were the symptoms of one of the family members i was sending energy to and doing aop)

By now you should be stronger and cleaner than them. Anyway, to avoid this, you want to evoke the energy that you use on them to avoid any connections to yourself.

Instead of chanting mantras and creating the energy through your soul, visualize the energy coming out of the ether and then acting upon them. In the case of cleaning or protection, you can visualize solar energy pooling next to them, then move you can program that to clean or protect them.

Sending energy to 4 different people at a time can be a big responsibility. Make sure that this is actually worth your time to do so. Sometimes it is better to wait until you are stronger.

Unless they are going through major suffering, they do not need as strict cleaning and protection as an SS. Therefore, you can do something like clean one of those 4 people each day, rather than all on the same day, for example.

Its only one person, and she is having difficulties with a virus that is attacking her nerves. Its a pretty bad situation, and her bad condition also affects me(i have to take care of her and cant rly concetrate on my life, and some big positive changes are happening now, thank the Gods).

So i just imagine pulling the energy from the sun, that enters her and cleans her, and after that i do an affirmation?

Its only one person, and she is having difficulties with a virus that is attacking her nerves. Its a pretty bad situation, and her bad condition also affects me(i have to take care of her and cant rly concetrate on my life, and some big positive changes are happening now, thank the Gods).

Cleaning her will help, but if she is facing an issue pertaining to physical health, then you need to focus on physical solutions as well. If she can perform basic yoga or pranayama, this will accelerate her healing.

Furthermore, you can study her condition from a holistic medical view, which will allow you to modify her diet, supplements, and employ acupressure to direct her body to heal faster. Although TCM is not that difficult to understand, it is probably worth consulting CentralForce (see his thread on the health forum), or another TCM doctor.

Giving her solar energy will help her healing process, but this energy has to translate from the astral into the physical realm. If you can get her to do some health-building activities on her own, then this will be a much more efficient healing strategy.
