I sometimes get feelings mainly on my left leg as if something is stabbing me with a needle, as well as other areas, sometimes between my legs I get tingling sensations and I get itchy skin every now and then. I have increased my nutrients and vitamin intake for the past few days, stopped eating meat as I presume this is from nerve inflammation for the past few days and I feel better now. What working could I do using runes to heal my nerves faster?

I'm thinking something like

Thurisaz, Tyr

"My nerves are stabilising, healing and becoming less fickle."

Is this good enough or do I need to add something else too? Thank you.

Hello my friend. I suffered before a few years ago from pain in the ichas nerve. I read in a health magazine that Qigong would be good against most ailments. I tried after a while and it got better. I checked out on youtube. There are many exercises. It not only improved my pain, my whole body and my balance. And the very best thing is to face the qi or chi energy. It makes you more relaxed. My meditation has become something extra. It's worth a try. Does not hurt anyone. It is important to warm up first. Ave Satan!

How do you know for certain it's your nerves? It could be something else. Best to figure out what the problem is first.

Do you sit, lie or stand still for a long time during waking hours?

Those are things than can cause these feelings as your limbs can become numb easily, especially if you suffer from poor circulation.

In general, if the above is the case, you should aim to an active lifestyle. A sedentary lifestyle is not for humans, but for sloth. If not, then we can rule this option out.

Quite the right storm blood. It is very important to keep the body going. You do not have to train hard. I personally think Qigong and Tai chi are good alternatives or yoga. I have tried yoga but liked Qigong and Tai chi better. Because if you want to become overly spiritual, it is worth trying. Even in qigong, you also practice a little concussion. I think you should start with qigong to get started. I have been training it for a few years and think I have made a profit on all levels. The purpose of qigong is to achieve deep relaxation. It's not completely relaxing at first. But after about 10 times you come in contact with chi or qi energy. Qi utalas chi. I know I've slowed it down before but Qigong translated from Chinese is called Energy Exercise. That I recommend qigong to those who want to try is that you stand on the spot and do the exercises. And remember for your own sake. Breathing is very important. And it is important to warm up first to soften the body, otherwise you can injure yourself. Otherwise you do not get the efi from the chi energy. 😀🧘‍♂️Ave Satanas
