Hey, I heard somewhere that is not good to practice astral projection every day cuz of the energies being drained to much, and that you is likely to have it more if you practice it for ex three days a week, what do you know from experience?

Hail satan

From what I read the fatigue of Astral projection is merely a mental fatigue. At least from what I read on Astral projecting forums and even back in the early internet(1999-2000s as well mentioned the same thing)whereby people whom go at it for a lot of hours or multiple times per week.

It's not a scare mongering or anything just be prepared to notice that your mind to a degree is conscious more so than asleep.

You might wake up more mentally tired but astral projecting IF done and IF acquired is a spectacular gift to possess. Some debate that it's just a form of lucid dreaming. Too many ignorant people on spiritual manners funny when they try it out after a while they change their mind.

Approximately as of the mid-2000s like 2005 information and whatnot. It's believed approximately 50 million people astral project or experience a phenomena that is very akin to astral projecting i.e. the act of projecting. 50 million is the people whom experience it as an accident not conscious willful desire. For that I don't know but it's possible not as many humans project as humans should.

In reality astral projection is probably one of the greatest skills to possess as a human whom is spiritually desiring advancement. It's the method by which beings of higher power deliver their messages to people. Rather than fly with a vimana far away, they arrive to your doorstep pretty much instantaneously.

SO O.P.(Htp666) IF you can astral project or desire it and wish to procure it. Two thumbs up it's spectacular to have. Also consider trying out lucid dreaming as both go hand in hand. Some lucid dreamers project through their dreams they kinda fly out of their body through their dream. Though caution should be weighed as some lucid dreams do cause the person to project naturally and the person is merely tuning into the astral realm and not really inside their body. They MAY get a false projection or imagine the scenario and not believe anything is different. Sometimes dreaming = natural projecting.
