How can i benefit with Mars square ?

i want to start this month a Mars square.
Have aspects where i see a problem , because i have Mars/Neptune what is Lack of energy and Vitality , etc.. and I have an opposition with Saturn , what is tendency to have accidents . I don't find the sign and the house interesting either to "empower".
So my question is , how can i benefit with this square ? (spiritual square) , can i nullify the influences of the aspects and make Mars to work for me in good way .. or go with material square with good affirmation like for masculinity(example).

Squares are not for inexperienced people. You can do it when you are capable of handling large amounts of energy comfortably which can take months or a few years of consistent meditation.

Try working with red energy for now, or a rune like sowilo. Affirm that you are always energetic, assertive and driven towards achieving your desires. Two 40 day workings should be good and if you need more you can add another one.

Tendency to have accidents is of a spiritual aspect, as such a spiritual one can offset with the right affirmation a lot of this. However, having a good protection should always offset and nullify these tendencies, even though the karmic imprint is still there. Cleaning of the soul and protection is a must.

As Blackdragon said, you shouldn't do square as an inexperienced. Big amount of energy have backlashes and a big tension period, where such negative influences clash with the denial of manifestation.

Lack of energy can also mean lack of water and misplaced feminine energies, not only lack of fire or other masculine vectors. Study yourself more, there's a high possibility things are much more easier to rectify. For example the energy can be there, but it's circulation is faulty. If you don't get to spend the energy you have, or the energy is misplaced, that doesn't mean it is not there. Perfecting these little essential things, such as protection, cleaning and circulation of the energy you'll learn this offsets a lot of bad tendencies.

Does it mean if a square is done that necessarily it doesn't manifest?

In simplest terms if I have done squares at my low level does it even work? I recall a few people mentioning it works at a higher level and can be very effective particularly with the chakra in question. So at my low level does it even work?

I recall the square spam of Jupiter in 2019 and currently in 2021 Jupiter in a few 3 or 4 dates spread throughout the year and next year is Jupiter spam time. It helps I know that but for most people are they even propagating the Jupiter square for their lower level?

Is it merely they do the square and it creates something but not the full power of it's effects?

Sublimation aims to increase the positive vibrational frequency of a particular planet so that it "covers" the negative part of that planet in your birth chart (if I have explained myself wrong tell me).

Is it possible to sublimate Neptune energies?

The mantras of the transcendental planets (Uranus, Neptune and Pluto) are less safe than the other planetary mantras, this again for the beginning meditators.
They are however the safe versions of the respective planets, the more powerful versions have not even been published as far as I know.
I advise you first to work with the planetary mantras that are on JoS, then when you see that you can do them without problems you can try some transcendental mantras.
You can use the search tool on this forum to find more information on these mantras as they've been talked about.
An alternative to Sanskrit mantras are runes.
You can also use runes to sublimate the planets.
I am not sure, however, which is the rune corresponding to Neptune, I know that Eihwaz corresponds to Pluto, Dagaz to Uranus, Nauthiz to Saturn, I believe that Logr is the rune of Neptune, but as I said I am not sure.
