Forum cleaning idea

Hello!

Even if my join date is indicating something else, I'm not new to the JoS and have observed it for years and years. I am familiar with the old ProPHPBB forums and also with the ancient-forums.

The idea is, I have seen that troll accounts like GoyVeyII and Endsieg and RED DAWN still continue to exist.

Wouldn't it be a better to ban / delete those accounts once and for all. The individuals behind them have clearly declared that they wanted to undermine the JoS.

By deleting those accounts the forums would have much more space for useful stuff from high quality members.

What is the moderation team thinking about it and what do you guys think about it as well?

I highly support the idea. And also ban people like Hiperactive Melone, and such idiots. There are innocent idiots too they don't need to be banned.

There are a few jews who have been banned more than 40 times each on more than 40 different accounts, and they just kept making new ones.

At least the account everybody knows is a jew, everybody knows not to listen to it.

The solution may be simpler, when you feel like testing your skills against a single target, then hit one of these trolls with RTRs, perhaps the one who has made the most accounts.

In time he will have a completely devastated soul and one of the most pitiful existences.

Deleting one account does not solve the problem, it creates others.

This right here is why banning is not a great solution, also considering that some people are not always malicious, but just have poor behavior and need time to grow.

I would strongly advise everyone to use discipline on the forums in order to avoid giving attention to obvious trolls, or other negative behavior. This is certainly not easy, but this is how you avoid fueling the impact of trolls.

With that being said, do not hesitate to report obvious slander or other harmful information so the mod team can deal with that.
