Feeling of fatigue

Hello my beloved family,

I have noticed that every time after having sex and having an orgasm I am very tired.
Is this a normal thing? What should I do to not feel tired? (I am a woman)

I do not feel fatigued afterward, but it has to do with many workings related to increasing my male chakra qualities, a bunch of asanas, and a lot of physical exercise. I would suggest the same for you, and also pranayama, mudras, and other mantras such as Satanama or Satanas.

I don't know if you do this or not, but one other thing I'd also recommend is the Energy Void Meditation right afterwards.

All I can guarantee is that as you tune into this energy for 5-15 minutes, you won't be overly tired and possibly more energized than beforehand.

One obvious thing to consider if you haven't already, is how late you're having sex. This definitely will be a major factor in you feeling tired or not.

If it does not bothers you ( like why not have a little brake after sex ) than I wouldn't bother
Otherwise do something that gives an energy rush like breath of fire, Or simply affirm that this sexual energy increases your energy level.

Work on your Mars or Solar energies, particularly Mars. Although more commonly seen in men, I believe, sexual activity is a process where you are using up sexual energy in the process. This is seen in the male ejaculation process, but even in maintaining the arousal state for long periods. I would assume the same occurs for women, even though I think it is less pronounced.

I used to feel this, but it lessened and disappeared after continued development of these parts of the soul, similar to what Henu is describing.

Well they say a person burns calories during lovemaking so maybe it's the energy spent from muscular tension?

Or another idea is the chakras open and bond with the others upon orgasm. If the other is lower spiritually energized maybe you're draining energy on him to equalize the energies.
