Enhancement and cleaning

It's very difficult to open my lower chakras, so I want to vibrate 108 Suryaes in my solar plexus.
So, do you think it's a good idea to cleanse with 108 Vishudis before potentiating 108 Suryaes?

It all depends on your level of advancement. If you're not used to higher repetitions than 200 in a short amount of time, then vibrating like you said can be too much, especially for someone who doesn't have all their chakras opened.

What I recommend you do, is clean with the Returning Curses. You can do both part 1 and 2 for a complete Cleaning and Aura of Protection. And after that, you vibrate LAUM and VAUM in the lower chakras to open them, your desired number of times.

Keep in mind that too many repetitions when you're not yet used to them, can lead to something I call "spiritual numbness", in which you will have difficulty feeling energy in the area you vibrated for a while.

So if you vibrated many times in the lower chakras, there's a possibility this might happen to you too. That's why it is important to take things slow. The longest path is the fastest.

Maybe it is a good idea, maybe it is not. There are also other forms of meditation than raising energy with mantras. With such a high amount of repetitions, you should be adept at handling energy already. Are you? You can have good results with a smaller amount as well, as long as you keep being consistent by doing it every day.

You can also focus on the location of chakras and breath energy in there by using various breathing exercise techniques.
