It can make a big difference in ones life , the understanding of how things works in nature and in our bodies is important. Eating 2/3 times more volume which reduces hunger , for a low amount of calories was a thing I never tought about but which can change our lives for good. Chose to eat better , MORE , tastier and be healthy, happy, strong and as we as Satanists should be, BALANCED.

There is a type of sugar with zero calories, it is very similar to normal sugar and changes little in taste, it is called erythritol. If you want to use it, get well informed first, you might be allergic. Also, there are no long-term studies. Just curiosity.

This is a case where we forget the holistic perspective of food, then we think we can get away with cheating our diets. You can also eat cardboard and get 99% of the volume for only 1% of the calories, but we know that the properties of food extends beyond such simple measures.

The best advice I can give within a small amount of time is for people to look up their "dosha" (body type) and the associated diet which will balance it. Within this, you will find foods from all food groups which are best suited for you.

For example, those who are more air-like will benefit from foods which are greasier and denser, which balances them with more yin. Someone who has weight problems may benefit from lighter foods.

If we look at meats, we can see that red meats are very dense and nourishing, whereas fish is much lighter. Yet both fall under the category of meat. We do not need to totally exclude meat, nor carbs, or whatever, but only make certain modifications.

Of course, exercise is crucial and will take your health much further than tweaking the remaining details of your diet.

Hi blitz, I take the opportunity to ask you where we can find this information and the type of 'dosha' we are. As for the elements we use our birth chart right? given the example with those who are more air type.

If you happen to know of any sites to recommend or anything to get a basic knowledge on this can you share it with us?
(you've probably already done this several times sorry if you have to repeat yourself).

A person who exercise regularly can 'listen' their body. The rest is about simple cooked food, raw vegetables, fruits, discipline, not even consider unhealthy foods, don't eat late and don't eat a lot in the morning, control the hunger and so on. Is actually simple to find the best diet. All it takes is power of will and failures
