Dairy is really harmful?

Do you guys think that consuming dairy is really responsible for diseases like cancer, diabetes?
Nowadays I've been trying to cut it out of my diet for around 2 months,but I've experienced muscle weakness and eye,and brain function issues. I am on a mandatory gluten free diet as well.
But as i consumed it again, these improved,but the main reason why I quit it was that I get some fungi(malassezia furfur) on my skin,and as I totally avoid it it is not coming. Although a friend have told me that her daughter has this and it's because of dairy .
But because of my existing gluten inhibition it's almost impossible to eat like this,and I didn't feel better after all,just my skin was better,but then as I've seen it says diary has IGF,and it leads to cancer,I got so scared and I want to ask you guys what do you think is it really that harmful or it's just a vegan propaganda again.
 
Dairy is not harmful at all, this is a common jewish lie.

No, I don't think milk is harmful. Especially if they are not processed, like how they are in these Jewish owned companys' manufactures. They might make them harmful, just as they do with any food, but milk that comes out from The cows udder, and later made to be cheese, or anything, is not harmful in itself.

As for any disease, you should seek Traditional Chinese Medicine treatment, as a physical option.

You may found out what is the cure for for your problem, or look for a TCM doctor in Hungary, sadly I don't know any.

Could be you worry too much. My health isn't great, but playing food chess with the Reaper is not among my pastimes.
 
No. Obviously low grade dairy with tons of antibiotics and IGF, with cows exposed to zero sunlight or the sunlit grass they favor, that has been hyperpasteurized and whatever else, is shitty, but that's not dairy by itself... and a lot of places on Earth that barely consume dairy as part of their daily calories have the worst diabetes rates on the planet, like Saudi Arabia.

India is much skinnier and still has the worst surging rural diabetes rates known. Part of this is also genetic.

But as far as the USA and Saudi Arabia is concerned, diabetes does correlate with obesity. Hitting 3,500 calories a day outside of a brutally hard working job or extreme exercise routine is unhealthy.

Low bioelectricity causes a million times the amount of cancers that the worst kind of dairy ever could anyway.

If you have some sort of dietary intolerance you can try to do a Spiritual Sun Square to get past this. But don't start it when the Sun is in Libra or Aquarius and ensure you affirm it to get rid of dietary intolerances in a healthy and safe way.
 

Just a quick answer: Modern dairy has been corrupted, but overall no natural food group can be considered harmful. Milk can be dense, but this is great for infants.

What you are suffering from is just a general lack of vitality and digestive power. Due to this, you are strongly perceiving the influence of food, or other factors, on your health, whereas someone with stronger vitality could simply "tank" this.

So yes, avoid anything which gives problems, but also understand that most foods have a give and take to them, and you should work on improving overall energy and health, which would negate the need to cut out specific foods.

For example, the Moon will be in Aries on the Esbat, and you can start a health working with Uruz. Although the other planets are not in great positions, this might be better than nothing if you are suffering. When the Sun goes into Sag, and/or when Mars goes into Scorpio, you can use these are another opportunity for improving your health.
 
We Whites have survived with dairy for thousands of years. I personally drink an average of 2 litres of raw milk every day.
If there had to be a food that rapresents the White race that would be milk.

I'm also pretty sure that one can literally live off raw milk only for many months since it has many many nutrients and vitamins that we need.

Dairy is only harmful if it’s from those Jewish/Xian/Muslim manufacturers

from what I’ve heard from my mom- who lived up north in the countryside, and my dad who lived down south in the countryside,
Non pasteurized milk- IS way better, for people with gluten problems

I see now.. how Jews try to brainwash and poison us.
I've figured out that my problem was because of lactose intolerance, and dairy products that are coming from GMO antibiotics fed cows.
