The question here is how to get rid of the negative effect of the jab? Is strengthening the immune system with vitamins enough? I have done some research on qwant and read on some sites: iodine, zinc, shikimate, d3 etc. can be of help but these are just some assumptions. It would be great to know what really works and what not so that everyone can be able to help family members reduce the effects when they get the shot.

The question is if all vaccines are destroying the immune system or only the mRNA ones, because it seems all this insanity revolves mainly around the Pfizer and the Moderna vaccines, which are also the most advertised and promoted by mass media, and probably the most widespread as well. The astrazeneca vaccine has been criticized in the media for causing blood clots, which the mRNA ones did as well but nobody said a word, also a few countries banned it as well (on order from the jew authority problably).

These are small details that make the whole picture quite confusing. I think if the astrazeneca and Johnson vaccines weren't doing the same damage like the mRNA ones, they wouldn't have been allowed to be produced in mass in the first place. On wikipedia if I remember right is stated that there are over 300 potential vaccines for covid, either done either under creation, only a few have been widely promoted so most likely they are all doing the same damage. Yet the mRNAones are way more promoted and encouraged by mass media.
