If it's an enemy attack, keep building up your aura of protection and spiritual power. Eventually it will go away. If these astral things hurt you, try banishing them with Satanic blue fire and/or call for Satan to help.
If it's imagination, then just ignore them for a while and they will go away.
If it's past-life negativity, then work on removing blockages and freeing the soul.
Assuming you don't know which it is, just try the remedies I suggested in that order and be observant if anything helps.

People perceive all this stuff differently (i can gaurentee someone else tuning into would see it as something different but it would still be there and they would see something) but its kind of always the same principal and thing. The noose and handcuffs is new to me but it probably represents some kind of binding from the enemy as that is what those things represent.
If you can figure out exactly where this is located you can do some reps of the rtr into that spot if a chakra kind of feel that chakra when vibrating it. But do not overdo this as if its a strong thing you will be dealing with too much energy at once likely.
