Accidentally cursed myself through the evil eye

I was having a bit of a euphoric rage moment at all the things I hate and all the destruction the jews brought to this planet while in the bathroom and I pierced my own eyes with that destructive anger in the mirror. A few moments later I felt like absolute shit and weakened, feeling a bit suicidal as well.

What would be the best course of action for removing this energy from myself? I've learned my lesson, damn it. Only look into your eyes in the mirror with proper intent...

There's more to the evil eye than that, more likely than not you're fine and you're just convincing yourself that you somehow damaged yourself.
