I'm interested to know if it's possible to consciously recall every single second of your life in your memory. In a deep trance I tend to have memories of when I was very little, and they come really easily, but what I am interested in is being able to recollect any memory of any time whenever I want to.

Does anybody have any info or experience in this?

There's 'disease' called Hyperthymesia. Basically people with this, remembers every detail about their life.

I did some digging and read some experiences people had. From the basic feels they had, tbh it looks like third eye vision but in a more inward sense. Basically most of them feel like they have a seperate vision thier memories play.

Also from the biological aspects, their brains probably wired a bit differently. Especially this part(from wiki[i know]):

That part of the brain, doesn't it look A BIT familiar? Like i think ancient people did some similar drawings by accident or something(!).

So i think if we use biokinesis to rewire the brain and strengthen our third eye enough, we may or may not access this ability. I am interested in hearing others opinions.

You should feel the whole forehead breathing energy in and out and in meditation, you will start seeing and remembering everything you desire with absurd and extreme details. Clean and open the chakras and empower them. Then rises the kundalini, that's the recipe for what you are looking for.

Unless I misunderstood what you meant, isn't that just normal? Like, when you think about it, you see like an image of it in your mind right, not in your actual field of vision but elsewhere? Similarly when you recall something, don't you just see it like that anyway?

What's odd about having vision besides what you see with your eyes, isn't that also the same as just imagining something except based on a memory?

Recognition and imagination are weird things. Yes, we usually see it like that way but what differs for those people is "They see it like a continuous vision".

It's not that it's 'weird or different', it's that they usually cannot control it %100. When we have a seperate vision using our minds, it's either we are in some control or a sudden influence from the outside pushed us to do it. It's neither for them. They usually just have a "live memory breakdown 7/24".

If one can do past life regression. I believe if we are able to go back that far. Then surely it's possible to go back to your childhood. I've never done past life regression before so Its just a thought that came to mind. I'm curious if there's anybody on the forum that's done past life regression before and if it is possible to go back to childhood memories.

If one can do past life regression. I believe if we are able to go back that far. Then surely it's possible to go back to your childhood. Present life memories deal with the Crown and 3rd eye. Past life regression for proper remembering and real ability to fully comprehend such is only with the help of the Serpent, by uniting the male and female aspect of the mind uncovering the unconscious nature of our soul to a more conscious form of perceiving.

Actual past life regression does help. If you get good enough at it you can do multiple. After one regression, light memories will continue to follow but are more prone to being off. The more you do the better the memories will be. Self past life regression took me the longest to get the hang of. I’ve found a lot of memories that are so worth remembering though, and I’m glad we can do these things. Some memories can be saved for a later date if they get too extreme. It can crop up negative emotions, like remembering a death.

Building on what NakedPluto said in astrology terms, I reckon that people who have Moon/Jupiter conjunction (6th chakra-7th chakra connection) have an easier time with that thing. Similar with Moon/Neptune but probably a bit more odd to control.

To remember past lives I use a combination of Othal and Eihwaz for 81 (lunar number) and I affirm 13 times "the energy of the runes Othal and Eihwaz brings me the memories of my past lives eternally completely now".

I work a lot with the pineal gland and purify all the organs and viscera of the 12 main meridians, the short-term memory is of the kidneys, the heart stores the long-term memory and the past lives is the seat of the shen, the spleen is the communication between the two memories.

Absorbing lunar energy also helps along with working on the chakras.
And of course the square of the Moon with similar statements for past lives.

Emphasis or stellium in Cancer, a strong present moon, moon on the ascendant, mercury in Cancer are good natural instances.


In my experience the energy of awareness takes time to get the memories out of the chakras and unconscious, you can expect dreams, inner intuitions, mental images, more conscious emotions at the beginning.
