You are only wrong about one thing: that "only physical activities is meh". Yeah. One should be careful with physical activities, based on the circumstances they live in. If they risk their life or love one's lives in any way (i.e. not just physical death), they should obviously perform such activities covertly rather than openly as some people do.

I also suffered a lot in the past,but my situation has already improved considerably,since I am a Satanist and have been doing RTR's,I do yoga and meditate.Before I became a Satanist,I saw life as meaningless enough and I was depressed too,although I never gave up,and so in retrospect it was well worth not giving up.Yoga, Meditation and RTR's and spiritual development in general and especially mental massacre(RTR's)it gives meaning to my life.
