A thoughtform on myself

I wish to create and feed a thoughtform which will constantly cleanse and open my soul.

Should I attach it to my aura? My solar chakra? My 6th?

Your heart chakra is the connector of all the parts of your soul so you’d put it there.

Can you see the astral? Because it might not be a good idea to make and attach something to yourself if you can’t even see what it is or if it exists when you can just get a crystal and hold it if you don’t want to put in the effort of cleaning yourself.

Thank you! It's not as much about not putting effort of cleaning myself, as it is about accelerating my progress little by little. I'll still have to clean and open up myself by the usual methods if I want to have a proper advancement.

So, this would be something that would be attached to you at all times acting all the time you'd need to feed daily like a pet I'd assume?

I'd suggest doing one of the Gods power rituals and asking that they give you a small portion of their mana back in return and use that as seed mana so that why the starting material is totally pure. People talk about getting a buzz after doing the rituals, so I assume the Gods give a little bit back of themselves as a thank you. Or try summing Belial and asking for a servitor. He grants familiars, But I don't know if those are supposed to be animals or can be spirits too.

While there are things I do once a day cleaning and Yoga I do in the morning before and evenings after work. Doing it twice is noticeable.
