Hope the frequent posts as of late aren't minded, but I thought I'd ask for feedback in a more focused and helpful way to make sure that I proceed safely. I'm trying to figure out how to continue to walk this path in a healthy way without damaging myself. Most of my symptoms seem like yin deficiency and include headaches, trouble sleeping for extended periods, thirst, heat, driness, and sinus related issues. All of those are tricky to deal with on their own, but I'm struggling to determine whether the heat in my base and the sensations I feel in my filthy Sacral chakra are the result of kundalini energy, my body trying to acclimate, or if I'm just really imbalanced. I've seen symptoms that people have reported with kundalini activity, and I'm not experiencing anything that's nearly as intense as what people have described. The heat in my lower chakras is very likely the result of blockages, but I don't want to attempt to force anything. Everything in combination makes it tricky to remain grounded, so I'm trying to figure out what activities are safe for me to continue to perform throughout the transits that I think are contributing to this. Breathing exercizes? Yoga? Cleaning my chakras? is it safe for me to use runes for relief from the neurotic hypochondria? I definitely think that my mind is currently the biggest obsticle in the way that I catastrophize every symptom. Transiting pluto is really asking for me to transform, and I want to make sure that it's transformation for the better.
