Humanity is not represented by a bunch of animalism brainwashing. These things happen rarely, yet when they are amplified and covertly funneled by non-stop brainwashing and manipulation, that's the problem. The source of these problems are fixed by mass understanding, collective progress, enemy defeat and most importantly exemplifying mass role models and real life "propaganda" that is "natural" - by design harmonious and not assembled manipulation. On a mass level we have problems of sexual nature and union as the nature of our souls becomes defunct without spiritual light and motion. Then even the animalistic instincts, that are most primal and shared with even a frog in nature, are thought to be idealistic heavens to have some sex and descendants with other races, where down a collective line and also personal, this can lead to destruction. You cannot ask for more from a normal brainwashed person, when this comes from a manipulated view of life and instincts, and they receive great backlashes from this. In the case of other rare cases of mixing, that are actually caused by some planetary karma, this is not of the nature of degeneration, also not based on brainwashing, but rather an aspect of managing the karma which is easily manageable and with no real effects on a population. One should absolutely, not allow this to happen in the first place, but not all people who did this are to be condemned as the issues are very complex.
