A while ago I've experienced a kundalini awakening.
Ever since, kundalini symptoms did not stop.
They are constant.
Specially the pain that travels through the body, sometimes it's on the back, sometimes on the neck, sometimes on the butt and sometimes on the leg.

Once I've felt a strong punch on the right side of solar, on the back, and a ball formed there. My mom who's also a doctor said it looked like a contraction, it disappeared with time but the spot still hurts sometimes. Sometimes I shake.

But the constant pain is my worry. It is always present somewhere in the lower body. In the morning it is soft, it switches between spots at top of femur and bottom of femur, up the back besides the spinal cord, sometimes goes up to wings, or neck, and even shoulders, mostly at the right side.
Recently, it is at the thighs, it hit the feet today, stronger than it hits the back.
My knee also hurts. (kind of hard to find
It switches from one side of butt to the other with strong contractions and the feeling of something jolting from one side to another.
I have low leg/hip flexibility, but I have no idea if is it related or how could it be.

To worsten the situation, I'm a female, currently on the first day of my first period with kundalini awake.
I have no contact with my GD, and I've tried to find/contact him, had no luck.
I've asked father for guidance countless times, yet I'm lost.

I do not know how to handle it, so far it's been tiresome but I'm trying my best.

Please, my satanic brothers and sisters, help me.
I have stopped to meditate because whenever I do meditate kundalini goes in a crisis, gets my heart to speed up, my whole body to shake and I was not prepared nor expecting it, I'm doing my best to stay sane and I'm doing good at least at that one thing so far, but it's hard for me to live with this.

I wasn't aware of the dangers of meditation, nor of kundalini activation/awakening through the opening of chakras, specially crown, I didn't have the pursuit of awakening it. I've searched every corner of the internet and it doesn't seems there's a way back. I've seen people on forums commenting about stopping meditations getting it to sleep/drop but it has not been the case, stopping the meditations haven't stopped the awakening or the symptoms which are intense. It didn't attempt to rise yet as far as I know and I do not wish to rush it into rising since I have yet unawakened/closed/blocked chakras (don't even know exactly which ones!!!). I'm now aware of some of the dangers and do not know how to manage it.

I don't know what to do, I'm afraid of messing up at chakras and even of picking up something like yoga and getting more/worst symptoms or causing it to prematurely rise.

I trust Satan, but trust alone isn't being effective either, and it's hard to inform myself further on the subject since there are so many contradictions and side effects on meditations.

Can anyone help me with this situation, please? I can give more info on what's happened and been happening if needed, but please, help. It's not lack of research. I've read a lot on both old and new JoS, on Yahoo forums, on this forums. But I do not know out of all of this meditations and yoga poses what could help me.
I do not know also how to meditate and not experience torture afterwards.
Please, help.

Is possible that if you have rigid hip joints when your kundalini awakens the energy is trapped in your legs and can not ascend upwards and that is what is causing the pain.
Try to put emphasis on the Hatha Yoga asanas that stretch the hip joints and also the Kundalini Yoga helps a lot so that your energy circulates correctly and does not get stuck.

To me that sounds like enegy is getting trapped somewhere. Make sure both extensions of your chakras and well cleaned out and spinning at the same speed and Im no expert but you probably shoulnt stop doing yoga all together but if it is SO sever just try to dail it back down a lilttle

When the pain is at its peak just remember it WHY you are enduring it. An ally with a risen serpent who is daily doing the RTR will be an invaluable esset in this day n age. Think of it as physical workout. As you are doing it, it hurts like a mofo but the buzz and tingles you have afterwards are so very worth it

Water will calm the kundalini. so invoke water.

You should open your hips with yoga and try to "push" the energy up, it's dangerous if it goes down. I feel like there is a sermon about this by Maxine but i don't remember wich one, if anyone know could you post it here please?

Your chakras are blocked (a lot). Meditate more.

Working on the pineal gland can help settle the kundalini energy. Like putting water on the fire so to say.

I suggest you to do hatha yoga. It helps with flexibility of the body and you will need it because energy flows easily in a flexible body. Search the PDF about asanas in the Satan's library. Do every pose for one minute each. You will also need to do alternate nostril breathing exercise (anuloma viloma, if I'm not wrong), with it, your energies will go up, not down to your legs. Both these exercises help with BALANCE and it is very important to advance spiritually. HoodedCobra wrote an article about balance in meditation and how it is important for your soul.

Plus, you should check if you have bad karma, as it may block your chakras. Pain means that you may have blocked chakras and that energy doesn't flow properly. To get rid of karma, do freeing the soul meditations with the mantra Munka or runic mantras such as Ansuz and Uruk.

Since you stopped meditations, you have to restart because lack of it will bring issues, but I think you have to start slowly. Don't go too fast, take your time. Try to contact Satan or other demons, they will help you.

Always do RTRs, your energies will be used for RTRs and it may help you with your pains.

Make sure you do yoga, and do not forget to work on the upper chakras and clean your soul. I use the rune Algis. If you are going through a saturn transit and you do not clean your soul, your symptoms will start to amount to the point you will feel like you are breaking down. The merkaba for me is crucial. If you have the habit of doing it, make sure you do not let it drop. Even if the energy is to much you cant stop working on your chakras, they make your body capable of handling the energy. I work on the solar less, because of its power. Just go slower and use reps that you can handle.
