using ansuz to open the astral senses

this meditation was gotten from a website called kaos butterfly.
i dont really know how powerful this is,i have done it a few times and it is very powerful for those who really want to feel the effect of opening your psychic senses,clavoyant and claraudant chakras.

its about using the rune ansuz which deals with communication to god and increases your spiritual communication and also agios which i dont really know much about but use your choices.

breath in white gold light into the chakra and on the exhale vibrate aaannnssuuuzzz or aaagggiiiooosss while visualizing them expanding with light.

both are powerful and effective.this should be done for 7 times or more and it should be done one by one alless you are capable of focusing on all your clavoyant chakras at ones them you can do them the same time.after doing this you will begin to feel pressure in your psychic eyes,its powerful.

Never heard of that website or the agios word. Are you sure it isn't telling you to vibrate "Aum Jehova Nammah" 6 million times to open up the ability to remember the 600 GorrillaZillian lampshades and bars of soap made by the evil knotseez out of our Chosen friends? I'm not saying agios isn't real, maybe it truly does have these effects, just I never heard of it and it's good to be extra careful. Ansuz would work very well for this, but I would rather use something like Thaur

agios is a greek word meaning sacred or saint.i never checked it but when i used it it was powerful thats why i post it here.you can use ansuz if you want,and also thurs is powerful too but i havnt seen mantra been used for the clavoyant chakras thats why i thought this would be helpful.
