One of the HPs, I think Mageson said that the rings of Saturn are artificial and created by the enemy aliens to use the negative energies of Saturn against us (don't quote me on that, but I think that's what he said in one of his sermons). As for the video, Moon is not an alien outpost/monitoring station.
