I have also been experimenting with using SAULO to help open my Third eye, by vibrating it 108 times, and affirming it.

I'm not sure if what I'm doing is advisable, but it does work. And it's quite intense, just so you're aware.


Also, an updated schedule of mine for reference:

Morning; AoP, AoC, Void Meditation, (Kundalini Yoga if I have time)

Evening, or afternoon; Hatha Yoga (and Kundalini Yoga if not done during the morning), SAULO meditation on myself (focusing on the rune, vibrating into my entire being), trance training

Night; Third Eye opening (for now), Foundation meditation, SAULO into my third eye with affirmations, RTRs, AoC, AoP, Void Meditation. And if I have time, chariot of Ra

That being said, EEEIII is the correct pronunciation in Italian that is exactly as it's shown in the Italian JoS, as it should be.

This is exactly what I did when we first got into an argument on the main JoS group, some time after the old forums were shut down by the enemy. It started impersonal, then it became person. I don't care whatever you say. My only interest is for translations to be as optimal as possible, so that newbies go through as less drama as possible when they start out. I don't care if you are in charge or if it comes to the point where only HPS Myla remains in charge. As long as I'm not in charge, I'm fine.

I've never said you have been in the forums for that short an amount of time. I said that you moderated for that short amount of time. Feel free to contradict me or don't. Regarding me taking your place, you don't have to worry about that. I don't have the patients to deal with spammers and troll, and spend my time approving/disapproving topics and posts. Not to mention that I get triggered very easily. Moderating is not a position that suits me. The first one was about a RTR and the void of course, slightly less than two years ago when I didn't know how group magick works. On the part of Gerecht it would be great to fix these mistakes done such as in translations etc. Or maybe even the RTR's. While a EIA or EA change is 99.9% insignificant, even 0,01% is important. Mistakes exist to get fixed.

I have heard of some other complaints before. Others filled with BS, others more viable on said banning. It's good to always mind in regards to moderation, and this can sometimes have mistakes in the job. Gerecht just over-accused Stormblood in the mod position issues and on if he wanted this for himself. Which he replied to, he doesn't.

On the part of Stormblood you need to stop attacking and dissing people hard that hard as obviously this can't help solve many things, and throwing accusations in a forceful manner. Better present something as a problem that needs solving. But as I gather from this situation this hasn't happened. You have over-accused Gerecht here.

He does right in not allowing possible disinfo to just spawn in his own forum, but the way has some people pissed more or less rightfully. People can just push whatever forth as 'knowledge' of theirs and it can be dubious. So he told the person to post it on the main forum. No wrong here.

You can talk it out in private like grown individuals and thinking of Satan's objectives in mind, and the Italian community will grow from this situation. You're both valuable members who care. So don't let minor disagreements truffle with this aim. You're also both compatriots, and on top of it Satanists as well, so take this to factor in and cool it down.

That makes me very happy! I love to help our family! I just organize things in the way that make them most easiest and helpfullest for myself, and want to share with everyone in the world. I recommend downloading all of it now then looking through it after, you don't know when they'll try to mess with the internet or if a storm will shut it off for a few days. If you go in the "Gods" folder, I have instructions to fully recreate the part of the website with all of the gods and what their specialties are where all of the links and pictures actually connect and work correctly using microsoft Word and hyperlinks. I recommend immediately reading the article of the history of WW2, it is painful how sad it is and how angry it will make you, but it needs to be known and is just fuel to make the RTRs so much stronger than ever before. Also look at the picture called "Havaara Agreement", it has a huge amount of info (like multiple pages of facts, math, and evidence) in it that absolutely crumbles all arguments that those who censor and rewrite history try to make. Yes i don't do breathing exercise and kundalini yoga even if i did them in the past, i wanted to change my routine and i feel really good with this one. I think the Raum meditation helps me a lot to empower all my soul, so this is why for now i don't do those things and for kundalini yoga i've read many time that before yoga was one(kundalini yoga is basicaly the combinations of mantra+asana, asana+breathing esercixe+mantra and all the other combinations) so the routine that i'm doing (yoga+mantra) is considerated kundalini yoga.

This was an old post I made called "One of the strongest meditations I've found", but I thought it's old enough that a lot of the new people never saw it. I want everyone to get the help they deserve,so I'm putting this comment. The old post said "Sushumna"
when I was really referring to the central energy path, so I changed that here. This is a great way to work on all your chakras at once.
Cycle energy through your microcosmic orbit. here's a picture
Pull energy up your central path and spine at the same time to your crown. Then pull energy down your central path and front side to your base. Get this cycle going at the speed of light or faster and practice this as much as you can. It creates a huge vortex through all 3 rows of chakras forcing all energy into your central path and mostly your main solar chakra. You will see a giant cloud of bright white energy coming from all around this circle turning energy into you at the speed of light. It travels both up and down the central path at all times. Then put your hands together and see it cycling at the speed of light into your left arm and out your right. See both of these cycles at the same time. Then open your feet chakras, your ankles, your knees (There's 2 sets of knee chakras. One at the bottoms of them or just below and one in the center of them), and your hips. They come at a level in between where your base and sacral chakra are. Now you should have 3 columns of light coming up into you; each leg and your main base.

Pull these up your central path into your top chakras, out of them and down the sides of your body back down to your feet. Now you have a cycle up the inside edges of your legs, up your center, out the area above your head, down your sides to make your side chakras glow, to the bottom of your feet and back up. The 4 columns of chakras around your center all continuously pull energy into your central path. Looking straight down from above your head, these paths of the vortexes look like this
with the front and sides going down and the back and center coming up. Practice seeing all of these cycles at the same time as brightly and fast as you can get them. Vibrate some strong mantra while doing this.

Keep these 3 cycles of your energy going as strongly and brightly as you can and hold a bright light on your pineal gland at the same time. When the pineal gland is active, it will drip a bright liquid. Catch and collect this liquid in your solar chakra. The solar chakra is where the energy from the 2 sides is joined together so collect and balance them there. There are several very powerful mantras listed with descriptions of the energies that they give so you can have whatever effects you want on your soul. Also read Ayurvedic Astrology to learn about the doshas- Pitta, Vata, and Kapha. These 3 energies need to be correctly balanced and unbalance of them is the main cause of most illnesses.

1. consecutive reps of both the Chariot of Ra (microcosmic orbit) and the first part of the Raum meditation, extended to the top chakras above the head
2. working on the side extensions, the hand chakras and the feet chakras as well as some minor chakras
3. pulling all the energies where they should actually go aka the sushumna
4. this way four columns of energy are formed and all of them empower the central channel. You showed the view from the top as well (iron cross)
5. then you start working on the pineal gland simultaneously and let it secrete the female elixir to be stored in the grail (solar plexus chakra)
6. then the Merkaba meditation (which is represented by the eight-pointed star of Inanna)

Did I get this right? If I may, I'd like to add another point between #5 and #6, which is pulling sexual energy into the sacral chakra, let it heat it up so it transforms into the male elixir that you can move into the grail later. How does that sound? Maybe another step as well, the cobra breath, which should help produce the third/sexual elixir.

For the balancing of Ida, Pingala & Sushumna, in my opinion the Alternate Nostril Breathing coupled with hatha yoga suffices. To me, Pitta sounds very much like Pingala, Kapha sounds very much like a form of Ida, and Vata sounds very much like an expression of Sushumna. Of course, this is my individual opinion.
