"Her" diary which was found to be written mainly with a ball-point pen... which wasn't invented until several years after her death. All the sexual things in there (not sure what specifically, never read it) were written by her father about his dead daughter. They are so sick!

A jew argued that the patent for the ballpoint pen was from 1888.

At left, an authentic Birome made in Argentina by Bíró & Meyne. At right, Birome advertisement in Argentine magazine Leoplán, 1945.

The first patent for a ballpoint pen was issued on 30 October 1888 to John J. Loud, who was attempting to make a writing instrument that would be able to write "on rough surfaces-such as wood, coarse wrapping-paper, and other articles" which then-common fountain pens could not. Loud's pen had a small rotating steel ball, held in place by a socket. Although it could be used to mark rough surfaces such as leather, as Loud intended, it proved to be too coarse for letter-writing. With no commercial viability, its potential went unexploited[1] and the patent eventually lapsed.[10]

The book in the [10] reference is USD$150.

This principle of the ballpoint pen actually dates back to an 1888 patent owned by John Loud for a product designed to mark leather, but this patent was commercially unexploited. Biro first patented his pen in 1938 and he applied for another patent in June 1943 in Argentina after he and his brother emigrated there in 1940.

What was the date when judea declared war on Nazi Germany? With mounting tensions, I think this invention would be a low priority for commercialisation, and I would have thought it would be available to the toffs, rather than the commoners, especially in wartime. How long after something is patented can it be mass-produced and then be available for people to buy?

A patent doesn't mean the pen was available commercially, though - and as it says, the 1888 invention was rubbish and the patent expired.

The first whispers came in the summer of 1944: a Hungarian inventor living in Argentina had created something sensational. Practical fountain pens with internal ink cartridges had been in use for decades, but Laszlo Biro devised a new version that used a ball bearing instead of a nib—in other words, the modern ballpoint pen. It used instant-drying ink that rolled smoothly onto the page, and could write for six months—even at high altitudes—without being refilled.
