Is it okay if I listen to music when I do breathing exercises?
For example the 666 breathing technique.
Breath in for a count of 6
Hold for a count of 6
Breath out for a count of 6
(Hold for a count of 6?)
What mudras can help me in the above exercise?

As for the mudras, thats for if you want to breathe energy into a specific chakra, as it will help direct energy to the chakra. so for which ever chakra you want to focus on then do the respective mudra. As you know they can be found on the opening chakras info.
