If anyone can find the quote where he said when he dies he hopes to come back as a deadly virus to wipe most of the planet out depopulation.

He was already extremely old and senile. The enemy has been highly entrenched in their war preparations since Philip was anything of prominence. Now after 4 Generations, they've launched their program.
