What a pointless direction of thinking. A more appropriate question would be, can a God program the infinity expansion of the universe? Meaning, creating seeds of the future planets to be, in millions of years? Shaping the universe to their own liking? And even if so, to what extend? Still a nothingness of change in the infinite darkness of this universe which we will never physically see.

Oftentimes when i browse forums i see people underestimating the Gods. Once i remember i was browsing and someone typed,"Well if gods are so powerful why dont they comeback now and fight? Truth is they are not." If you think about it lets say Gods comeback and fought enemy,a physical war. Our Gods will obviously win because they are much more evolved than enemy ETs and their worthless "gods". But then again greys and kikes as we know will turn to nuclear strikes on Gods and all possible means of destructions because they DONT AT ALL care about their own people and planet. It wont affect Gods at all because they are so advanced they can easily make a barrier around them or let all the energy "pass through" them without effecting them at all. Its us humans who has to suffer and become the victims of mass destruction. I think Gods forsee this and is the only reason they arent coming and fighting physically is this very reason and are holding enemy at bay by spiritual means.

To your actual question,think about it we are talking about some 100 thousands of spiritual practice. Gods are extremely powerful and we cant even estimate what powerful siddhis they have. I read somewhere on forums that on advance level you can manifest water into reality after creating it in astral. Also in HP Cobra post on magnum opus he states on 3rd level there is "almost complete connection of soul and physical body" i think that means you can manifest matter created in astral in reality.
Now combine that with extreme amount of power of Gods, its highly likely to manifest planet destruction forces such as plasma beam let alone destroying a mere enemy ship. But then again we can just debate about it unless we ourselves reach high level of spirituality or ask gods themselves.

The problem is we(humans) only think on things with current knowledge we have and tend to put everything on scale of our knowledge. For example a biologist will debate and throw 1000 facts in our faces about how physical immortality is impossible,thats all because he dont have knowledge on it and he sees everything from his perspective of all the knowledge he has.
