Cleaning a familiar

I have a familiar cat. She basically senses when someone is down, sick, feeling bad etc. She also knows when I am about to get home, and we are able to communicate pretty much on point. If I tell her something she knows what I want to tell her, most of the times a look of her is enough, and I know what she wants.

Long story short, I never cleaned her. I noticed that when I clean my soul and imagine to shine as bright as the sun, that sometimes she stands between my legs and hugs me with her tail. It seems as if she is aware of what I am doing.

I think she wants to tell me, to clean her as well.

Is it more effective when she is next to me, when I do that?

Tbh I have quite some issues imagining her to shine brightly, it‘s easier to clean my own soul.
Oh well, that’s a good visualisation exercise then.

Yes, you should do that.

If it's hard now, when practiced enough over time, it will get easier.

The above illustration is both the same for a cat or a dog, a horse and all four legged animals. Snakes and other reptiles have their chakras lined up along their bodies the same way. Some members also have spiders. For cleaning a spider familiar, just visualize the spider engulfed in a brilliant Sun and pull the Sun from its body, pushing out any negative energies. I also think it's harder to cleanse another person's energy than my own so I think that's normal. For me the efficiency seems to depend on the same factors as the clarity of telepathy. The act of simply looking at each other can already temporarily strengthen your connection, so doing it while she's next to you should make it more effective.

I'm too new here to know if the following makes sense to other people, but my approach to cleaning someone's energy is to get them to see me cleaning their energy in their mind. Basically, just like you use your own imagination to cleanse your own energy, you have to "use" the cat's imagination to cleanse her. Does that make any sense? Maybe I'm just weird, but doing it like that works quite well for me.

If she's next to you then you could also use physical cues (like sound or body language) to aid her imagination, although I don't know if that would be "cheating". I haven't tried using physical cues before, but according to my theory it should improve the efficacy!
