I know that the mantra AIM can be vibrated for intelligence, and looking on the internet I saw that there is also the mantra DUM associated with the Goddess Durga, first wife of Shiva. The DUM mantra should govern the intellect and understanding of things. The problem is that not much is written on the internet.
