Extreme fear when in a trance*

Guys one of the main reasons im not advancing is because when i go into a deep trans where i can no longer move my body,i feel extreme fear but not normal fear i mean extreme out of this world fear. When i reach that point fear takes over and i want to come back its asif something is going to kill me and it feeds off my soul i can even feel it draining me when im not in a trans,but in the trans state its asif im getting to the source of the thing that is eating at me and thats so fucking real its horrifying to be in there

I also have had dreams then when i try to wake up i cannot move my body but thats not really that scary because it happens kind of a lot.

Im really worried that i wont be able to come back when i let go and go even deaper in the trans states not talking about the dream one.

If i was a real Satanist i would be able to help myself but i cannot i tried and everytime fear overwhelmed me i think its because i am simply a woken up goy and not under Satan's protection

I know what you mean. The fear is suffocating, you have to learn to calm down. When I go into a trance I hear loud white noise. REALLY loud. I feel as I'm being choked and since I can't move I feel like I'm stuck in quicksand and panic. Recently I learned that if you sit in it, as in let yourself feel what you feel hear what you hear and notice that this sensation can be controlled by breathing deep and slow. I just found this out a couple days ago. This takes alot of will for me. To breathe deep like in Complete Yogic Breath. I'm that weak that I'm missing out on advancement because I am to weak to breathe slow and deeply. Usually after I do this I calm down and the fear goes away. I can move my hand in my face and see it transparent. Now it's the feeling of being completely alone is uncomfortable. But hey at least I know I'm making progress. Practice complete yogic breath and even when in panic try to slow down and breathe. Once your calm you can see more clearly and know if what your fear/feeling is real or not. Good luck!

Anytime fear would overtake me I would let myself become furious.
