River Meditation

This technique was taught to me in Nepal by some monks.
It is useful for inducing trance.
It is done as follows:
- Sit on your right spine.
- Inhale deeply and exhale slowly.
- View a flowing river.
Mentally repeat:
"No one and nothing disturbs the flow of the river"
That's it !

This works on any flowing water source - even kitchen sink if one is in desparate situation (non ideal of course, but still), and mantra from my own expierence is not mandatory.

I think meditating by and on water is pretty awesome.

I think he meant leg haha. Possibly sitting in a crossed legs position with the right leg under the left.
