How does Satanic Blessing Work?

For a couple of days now I've been wandering how Satanic blessing actually works.

Like we hear often how the Gods blessed x Satanist and or how Father Satan came to x person and blessed their home, etc.

How does it actually work if you tried to bless someone in a SS way? Like say a pet or a dearly beloved someone?
Would I just say: "I bless "name here" in Father Satan's name!"
Or does it work in a different matter?

I am not talking about blessing a newborn using BJÖRK rune by the way!
