I always thought about it like this.. anything above intermediate is after the kundalini awakening.. so no.. I wouldn’t do it stick with beginner meditations first

Try to do things that are more on your level of experience. Using the Fire elment is dangerous and so is a Fire thoughtform. If you want to curse someone use a more "beginner" method. They work well.
