Energy breathing doesn't work anymore?

I don't know when this started, i didn't breath energy for a long time o.o but now i can't breath energy anymore, i can't really feel it as i used to and not sure what to do, could it be an enemy attack or maybe because of the treatment i took or take... one of our sister said this "this is what they do, they block the throat chakra with their little praying mantis antenna's onto the chakra preventing you from breathing in the energy at its full mass. Also believe it or not, breathing blue flames into yourself and saying Satans will is being executed on your name_______ because sometimes there are little rat creatures that like to take little nibbles on your toes, always good to be safe."
should i break the link from the throat chakra? i can't see astrally so i don't know if it works...

it could just be something temporary. i went through something similar. it lasted a few weeks but i believe it could be because of stress or anxiety. after you rid yourself of the problem it could come back

Whomever your listening to is fucking nuts, and the only reason you "cannot" breath in energy is either you doubt yourself or you forgot since you haven't done it in a long time.

I'm having anxiety and schizophrenia and taking treatment for both... thanks for your answer, i will continue breathing as much as I can. so i need to heal my anxiety then i can breathe normaly again? as much as i know some people with schizophrenia have anxiety too and could be clousely linked with each other so I would need to heal the schizophrenia and the anxiety should also disappear.

I found that post here in the forum. I don't doubt myself about breathing energy it's a easy thing to do and about forgetting i can't forget such a simple and easy thing.

Try the returning curses meditation to get rid of the crap.
Someone nicely reminded me how much this is important.
The accumulated crap will lead to issues with energy breathing.

Thanks so much ^^ i didn't do the returning curses when it first was posted in my country Romania because i only saw the post after a few days after the solar eclipse so i missed it but after that i did it twice and i was about to do it now a 3rd time and if needed i will do more.

Even if you can't feel it, it still works. Don't say that you can't do anything unless you really want to not be able to do it. Don't worry about if you can feel it or not, just keep doing it because it is working and you will feel it again.

it's not necessarily something you can heal. mental illnesses can last throughout your whole life, or can be curable. when you meditate try not to think about anything, clear your mind completely before you try to attempt to
breath energy. is there anyway you could contact me outside of the E-group?
