Hi. Since my childhood I had cringy imagination like someone is watching me or laughing at me (i'm cringing while writing this post) and memories of bad situation/experience with a pinch in my inside my body (Gray/Reptilian attack?) I also feel retarded sometimes. I'm wondering why I have this.

I also have a cringe imagination and other uncontrolled and weird problems. I can't even be around family from how bad it can be. I do get entangled in the thoughts as I try to sleep. Sometimes it clears out and I can stop. I think it's a pride thing? Maybe pretentious-ness? I do my power meditations everyday. But hardly void meditation and that's probably why. It used to be worse, and with the power meditations it's getting easier to control. But sometimes it's better to sit in shame and accept whatever is going on in your head than intensify it by arguing or trying to prove that whatever is in your head is not true or is not false. Because from my experience I always get attacked when I'm that low. Also I have weak breathing, maybe breathing exercises will help. Finishing my daily rituals are the best cause I just feel smooth. And do radiate some nice energy. Start with the 40 day program and just explore from there, see what you can and can't handle and what you can realistically do, consistently. Because if you try to do 2 much you'll probably end up quitting due to lack of motivation.

This post was about helping someone. Maybe provide an answer. That will rebuild reputation, not continuously talking shit. Also I've learned from my experience that shit like this has to be let go so you can grow, learn and advance as a person. No one will like what you believe, people will always try to make lies about you. If your mind isn’t occupied it will start filling it with negative thoughts, so when you are lying down trying to sleep think about something good and it will start a train of thought and before you know it you will be asleep. I also take 5mg of melatonin 30 min to an hour before I go to sleep so that may help if you are lying in bed awake and unable to sleep.

This didn’t happen before but now it does when I’m doing physical things like working outside or doing push-ups I have the same thoughts you described meditation helped me with that for a while but I stopped months ago and haven’t got back into it.

I have a problem similar like this but it's a lot less now than it was before(Power meditations and workings help).

I listen to music like above and sometimes imagine myself as a leader like Lord Hitler, or more like a Guide who serves Father Satan and his Daemons*I am embarrassed, xD*, helping his people and fighting the jews. When I imagine myself like that, I feel like someone is there with me in the room and watching me. And instantly after that feeling, I break the imagination and thereafter I feel stupid and cringy.

I am a bit introvert or maybe a lot more and also suffer from a bit of social anxiety. The social anxiety kicks in since I know Satan and his Daemons and other entities in this universe exist, so maybe I am always thinking there is someone near me. Even on the internet I think twice before I type anything. The thing is I am lonely from a very long time. I want to make friends be it online or in real but I get afraid that I may misinterpret or say something wrong which may hurt them or I would lose a chance to make friend. So I stay neutral most of the time and just stick to myself. I know it's a bit bad to be completely alone but I am trying to fix it(but I do have my family). One of the thing of not have friends is that I get a good amount of time to understand and make all kinds of theories/speculations, I am into philosophy, xD. I am thinking of sharing some of my speculations/theories here on the forums, especially the one about the strategies of the Jewish Tech Giants with some technological tips and help. Of course, they will be labelled strictly as speculations/theory and not facts.

This year, I look a bit improved cuz I can see that I am pretty active on the forums and also have better confidence. Although I am still fixing this problem.

I’m not sure. I only take 3-5 mg. I don’t think it does real harm to natural production. It’s not like taking so much testosterone that it hinders your bodies ability to produce it.

How to know if I feel my Heart Chakra or Plexus Solar Chakra? I have pricks in one of them. When I feel my Troath Chakra when i'm very angry and I feel cold. Sorry for the multiple post.
