How to use the sowilo rune for healing. By that I mean the advanced vibration. Saulo.Which letter to vibrate in which part of the soul.
And are there other methods of healing ?
I'm having some troubles with my eyesight seeing long distant objects.

I dont have any information on the more powerful versions of runes for healing, but id like to add. That alot of health issues, along even the lines of issues with eyesight can sometimes be traced back to mineral deficiencies. Most people are deficienct in certain minerals and do not know it. However, this may not always be the case, but i hope you find this information helpful.. its worth a shot to look into. Even if you are aware of this fact already. As a change in diet with quality supplement can sometimes do wonders.
