My dream has come true: for a 40-day individual retreat to a seaside country, I will be in a tent, in a quiet place, in an isolated place.
What exercises should I do? I need some program, I need to distribute ... I would call myself a beginner, at least I don't feel developed yet!

First of all, I dont think you should post about the retreat.
Secondly, look at the beginner program. If youre done with that you can so the spiritual warfare program.
Take something to read/study with you.
