About paradigms

in some financial courses, there are chapters that interest everyone very much: paradigms. In this case we mean the mentality, and therefore what you think. Through what you think, you create. The invisible creates the visible. Everyone advises to use affirmations, to write on a sheet what you want; but is there anything else to empower and modify your paradigms and get what you want? obviously through work.
