Question about races

I have a question, an example, if I am Spanish -My whole family is Spanish, so I think I could consider myself Mediterranean white (if that's what it says)-can I have relationships with someone Mexicans, Latin Americans in general or white people or only with Spanish people? Thank you!

It depends really one what race you resemble the most, only you can answer that. You should stick to the white Mediterranean sub race. Mexicans and other mestizos are only half Spaniard so that would be considered race mixing.
