Is there anyone who can only work mentally? By that I mean you just say RTR in your head and vibrations? Does it have such an effect? I am never alone 24 hours a day.

The Final RTR is really simple, you do it, it works.

Can it be spoken like the MP3? Most definitely.
Can it be slightly vibrated with short vibrations? Yes, definitely.
If someone wants to vibrate lengthily and loudly, can they do that? Yes, definitely.
If someone lacks entirely any personal privacy,
-Can they do this whispering? Yes, definitely
-Or mentally into their mind? Yes, definitely.

On top of that it can be repeated 1, 3, 9 or multiple of 9s like 18, 27, 36, 45, 54 etc.etc. Just keep it simple lower reps(1, 3, or 9 since your newer member) and be consistent every day.

Be sure after your done to clean thoroughly.
