Explained in detail please, I never have and I am new to all of this.
I plan to do it from my mobile or PC because I don't have ink in the printer.
And two questions: I have anxiety and it is difficult for me to concentrate. Will something bad happen if I'm wrong or if I don't do everything right?

Don't worry about it like you're going to mess things up in any way. When I do this RTR I start with 9 repetitions for each word, but sometimes if I either get distracted by something or a thought OR if I simply feel I didn't get the word to be useful I'll repeat it 9 more times or more multiples of 9. While this may theorically (I guess) create an imbalance in certain words, I DO feel them working on myself (and on the world as well then) by removing the jewish curse from me more and more, allowing me to feel and work with my chakras in a better and healthier way.
So, no, don't stress it. Be confident and destructive towards the enemy, and be certain that with every word your pronounce you're freeing yourself more, I know this for a fact now.
