Medics in China have coronavirus quotas. Learned that from the latest ADVChina live stream.
Basically they have a limited number (eg 500) of people they can write on documents that have died because of the virus. After that number they are not allowed to write any more of that and they put a random dead cause or disease in place of coronavirus. That's how they keep death numbers low
