Returning Curses and VOC

Hello, I'm on day 3 of HP. Cobras 40 day program and have been thinking about replacing the Aura Cleaning meditation with the Returning Curses pt.1. I was going to in fact start this last night but after looking at the SS Calendar 2020 linked to my country, it explained that from the 22nd 15:07 VOC moon starts and ends on the 23rd 17:37 On the RC it states to not perform the working on a VOC moon.

I wanna ask if it is okay to perform the RC's even when the moon is VOC? I recall someone saying that since the RC'S are very powerful that we dont need to consider the phases of the moon.

I will be performing the returning curses pt.1 tonight since by the time this post goes up and has been responded too. The VOC will have ended until it starts again on the 26th of February.

Keep doing the Returning Curses I & II every day. Make sure when you first start to do them, the moon is not VoC. After this, as long as you have been doing them daily, the VoC does not affect them. What matters is when you started them.
