Need help with an annoying person.

This is a very niche situation so I would like to hear some others ideas.

I'm currently going to college, and there's this annoying guy that sometimes comes into my class even though he doesn't belong there (he has the afternoon class). He's not there to make up work or anything, he just shows up because he has nothing better to do than annoy people. The teacher won't do anything to stop him so I'm going to take matters into my own hands. He's a nuisance and I'd like him to go away.

I was thinking of putting a binding on him, but with a binding I don't think that would keep him away from the class. Should I just program my aura or make a thoughtform to make him go away?

This should do it if it manages to keep him out of the same room you are in - or even making it seem to you like he doesn't exist when he is in the same room you are in.
