I did 11rtrs today in under 3 hours.
Mind is extremely powerful.

Now I wonder if I take too long cause it takes me about 3 hours to do 5. Regardless, thank you for the inspiration. Stay strong everyone.

Not bad if you put a lot of effort and energy into it. It is still very helpful. Take as long as you want.

I'm much faster now that I can hold my breath for longer. Don't have to pause so much, thanks guys.
